Shipping Costs

Any customs duties or import taxes outside the EU are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control. However, if your package appears lost, please contact us and we will assist you.

Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
